As soon as we receive an order, we ship it as soon as possible.

From the moment the money from your order has been received, the order is sent to our supplier within 24 hours. It takes 2-4 business days for the supplier to process your order and ship it. As soon as the order is shipped you will receive an email that will tell you that the order has been shipped and give you your tracking code in order to follow it. The shipping of your order can take between 10 and 21 days depending on the country in which you live.

If something happens with your order during shipping and we need to resend the product, we will do it at our expense.
